Hello, I'm Jacob Casas, a passionate Full Stack Software Engineer based in the vibrant surroundings of Southern California. My enthusiasm for technology and programming goes hand in hand with my love for adventure. When I'm not immersed in lines of code, you can often find me embracing the outdoors. I love to snowboard, hike, and scuba dive, among many other activities. I also cherish my role as a husband, finding joy in sharing life's adventures with my wife. My journey into the world of software engineering began with a Full Stack Development course offered by the University of California, Irvine (UCI). I earned a certificate of completion from the course, where I honed my skills and built a solid foundation in web development. I then graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a degree in Computer Science. This academic achievement has further solidified my commitment to staying at the forefront of technology, enabling me to tackle complex challenges and contribute to innovative solutions.

SpaceSeeker is a web application designed to provide users with real-time data and information about space-related phenomena, including asteroids near Earth, space news articles, space facts, and a quiz to test their space knowledge. The application leverages APIs provided by NASA's Near Earth Object Web Service (NeoWs) and the Spaceflight News API to fetch up-to-date data about asteroids and space news articles, respectively. It also includes a curated list of fun space facts to engage users and a quiz section to challenge their knowledge about space-related topics.

Users can register, log in, and manage their profiles through a secure and user-friendly interface. The application offers the following key features: user Registration, user login, Token validation, logout and some Security features such as password hashing.
